HIAWATHA PARK Splash Pad

Hiawatha Park Splash Pad is an older splash pad with one wood post.  The water cycle is fairly short.

The splash pad is isolated in a forested, shaded area at one end of Hiawatha Park.  There is a playstructure walking distance from the pad but they aren’t visible to each other.

NORTH VINEYARD PARK Splash Pad

North Vineyard Park Splash Pad is a basic splash pad with a unique structure – a tall post with a firefighter cutout.  (Which makes sense as the splash pad is right beside a fire station.)

There is plenty of shade, places to sit, and room to run at the park.  There are playstructures at the other end of the park; they are quite a distance from the splash pad.

It was a bit challenging to access this splash pad.  It’s not connected by pathways to the streets that surround the park.  We needed to park and walk on the main road to get to the pad. read more

MARCEL BERIAULT PARK Splash Pad

Marcel Beriault Park Splash Pad is an older splash pad with a wood post that sprays water out three sides.

Although the splash pad is basic, the park itself is nice.  There are a few playstructures (including an old wood fitness station), plenty of shade, and lots of room to run.

CHAMPAGNE PARK Splash Pad

Champagne Park Splash Pad is an older splash pad with a wood post.

There are a few older structures and swings at the park that are more suitable for very young children.

ROY PARK Splash Pad

Roy Park Splash Pad is a wooden post with a twist – literally.  The city updated the wooden post by adding an elephant head to the top of the post.  When the button is pressed, mist sprays out the elephant trunk.  The elephant can be twisted in any direction.

It’s not an overly impressive splash pad, but the play structures have been recently renovated and are perfect for little ones.  There’s also plenty of shade and a water fountain available.

CHAPEL HILL PARK Splash Pad

Chapel Hill Park is an older splash pad and consists of one simple wood post with two sprays.  Nothing impressive but just enough to cool off on a hot day.

There is plenty of shade and a play structure at the park.
