Fisher Park

Fisher Park is a nice little modern splash pad in Ottawa. There are two dragons, a couple of water sprinklers, some water cannons, as well as some arches and mushrooms.

There is parking at Fisher Park alternative school as well as nearby street parking. Beside the splash pad, there is a gazebo and a park.

Ben Franklin Park Splash Pad

Ben Franklin Park Splash Pad is at 188 Knoxdale. The splash pad has been on since at least the long weekend, but the official opening is on July 12, 2019.

We’re hoping to splash there soon!

We haven’t had a chance to get to the Littlerock Park splashpad yet, but a visitor left a comment below on Sun July 20, 2019 that the water was not on.

According to the City of Ottawa’s splashpad information on their swimming page, the Littlerock Park splashpad is turned off for repairs:

Please note that Littlerock Park splash pad is closed until further notice. At this time we do not have an estimated opening date due to the need for extensive repairs. read more

Deer Run Park Splash Pad

Deer Run Park splash pad is a nice modern splashpad out in Stittsville.

There are four rainbow coloured rings to run through, or you could choose to stand underneath the blue domed umbrella. (If you’re brave enough, you could stand under the 3 blue dumping buckets for a little splash!)

In addition to the ground sprinklers, there are also two water cannons to blast your siblings (or parents!)

The park has some shade – you can find two picnic benches underneath a blue gazebo. There’s also a play structure nearby, as well as a basketball court.

All in all, a nice little splash pad!
