Greenboro Park Splash Pad is an older splashpad with three ground jets shooting up into the centre of the pad.
What makes this splash pad worth a visit is the park connected to it. The splash pad is directly beside one of the city’s large wading pools. (There are lifeguards on duty at the pool.) There are also a few fun playstructures to explore right beside the pad. Another bonus of this park is it’s close proximity to the Greenboro Community Centre – complete with a newly renovated library and public washrooms.
Although the splash pad itself is nothing fancy, this park is one you could visit happily for an entire day.
(We’re going to have to go back to get better photos. The park was so busy, we couldn’t get a clear shot of the wading pool or splash pad.)
