JOE JAMIESON PARK Splash Pad

Joe Jamieson Park Splash Pad is an older splash pad with one large red post.  The water pressure is extremely high and there is an impressive amount of spray coming out of the post.

The park next to the splash pad has plenty of shade, some swings, and a playstructure.

This is a pretty sorry excuse for a splash pad – the city should definitely look at updating/expanding this one. Lots of kids in this neighbourhood (including my two) so we would definitely put it to good use! 🙂

Pretty poor excuse for a splash pad indeed. We (I and my little girl 3yrs old) go there at least 3 times a week. MANY times the post is broken and does not spray water when the button is pushed. *note* if you hit it or kick it, then push the button it may engage.
The asphalt is is so worn that there are big jagged stones throughout the splash pad. Cuts knees and hands open pretty good.
    DEFINITELY needs upgrading/ resurfacing.
